Supreme Court (SC) Justice Marvic Leonen has advised those set to take the bar exams this year to limit their time on social media.
“For those taking the bar or reviewing for a major life changing event, one view for less than 30 seconds per day only,” read the Twitter post of Leonen on Monday (May 10).
Leonen, the chairman of the 2020-21 bar examinations, believes that social media apps “if they really care, should shut down after five views within 24 hours or if any view is more than three minutes.”
The magistrate earlier announced that this year’s bar examinations will push through after being canceled last year due to the COVID-19 virus pandemic.
This year’s bar examinations, which is set this November, will be held for the first time digitally with multiple venues across the nation.
