Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque is currently in Iloilo City today, July 1 to deliver 50,000 doses of Covid-19 vaccines developed by China’s Sinovac Biotech and other medical supplies.
On Instagram, Roque posted a photo of him aboard a C-130 on his way to Iloilo City.
“Onboard on a C130 flight to Iloilo City bringing 27 mechanical ventilator, 31 BiPAP (also referred to as BPAP) stands for Bilevel Positive Airway Pressure, 5 High Flow Nasal Cannula, 12,000 Personal Protective equipment & 50,000 doses [of] Sinovac [vaccine],” the Palace official wrote as a caption.
Roque was accompanied by Health Undersecretary and treatment czar Leopoldo Vega in the visit.
The secretary also serves as the spokesperson of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases.
