Chief Presidential Legal Counsel Salvador Panelo expressed his displeasure over a photo of a billboard depicting him as a woman in a bikini, calling it “incredible and unreal.”
“It is unfortunate that there are unscrupulous individuals who dedicate their time and effort to discredit this representation,” Panelo said in a statement Wednesday.
The abogado said the edited image of him being circulated through mass media was “outrageous to the point of laughable.”
“To set the record straight, such is not a real photo. It was just edited or photoshopped by these immoral and devious individuals as a means to attack my person. As a matter of fact, what I was wearing in the real photo of the billboard was a formal suit,” according to him.
Panelo was referring to the billboard standing at Katipunan Ave. in Quezon City, which he claimed came from a supporter.
