Will Senator Grace Poe try her luck at running for vice president next year?

The camps of Senator Manny Pacquiao and Manila Mayor Isko Moreno have reportedly reached out to Poe to discuss the possibility of becoming their running mate in the 2022 elections, Politiko has learned.

Poe, however, has yet to decide about her political plans, Politiko’s source added.

Neither Pacquiao nor Moreno have confirmed running for president , though they have both been touted as potential candidates.

Poe wasn’t included in the list of potential vice presidential candidates in Pulse Asia’s latest voter preference survey conducted from June 7 to 16.

She, however, ranked fourth in the presidential race with a 10% rating, behind frontrunner Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte, Moreno and former senator Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

Poe placed third in the 2016 presidential race.
