The Labor Department is looking into complaints against food delivery service company Food Panda. Riders are protesting the company’s alleged unfair labor practices. The management has allegedly threatened to suspend their riders for 10 years if they join such protest actions—something which Labor Secretary Silvestre Bello III says is a violation of their employees’ rights.
