Deputy Speaker and Buhay party-list Rep. Lito Atienza said that Senator Manny Pacquiao is the right man to lead the country.

Atienza made the statement after Pacquiao accepted the nomination of PDP-Laban to be its official presidential candidate.
“Manny is the right man to lead the nation after this administration. We describe the man in four words: maka-Diyos, makatao, makabayan, makakalikasan,” Atienza said.
He added: “We are in full support of his dream and wisdom of a prosperous life for every Filipino.”
Atienza is presently in his third consecutive term as party-list congressman. He has yet to announce if he will run for another post in 2022.
