Lazy who?
Former presidential assistant and now Senator Christopher “Bong” Go said he actually could hardly breathe in attending to his heavy workload. The President’s ally said he is not lazy as he showed photos of his makeshift office while working from home. He is supposedly so busy that he eats where he works.
“Halos hindi na nga ako makahinga. Kung saan ako nag-oopisina, doon din ako kumakain. Mapaprobinsya man o mapa-Manila,” Go wrote on Facebook on Sept. 13, 2021.
“Hindi ako tamad,” he added.
Go splits his time between his legislative duties and serving as the President’s assistant. Despite criticisms at being often at the side of Duterte, he recently defended his dual roles as part of public service.
“Ang mahalaga sa akin, kahit saan ako naroon ay nakapagtatrabaho ako at nakakapagserbisyo ako sa mga Pilipino kasi bisyo ko ang magserbisyo,” he said.
