President Rodrigo Duterte on Monday alleged that all ambulances of the Philippine Red Cross (PRC) have images of Senator Dick Gordon’s face.

“Lahat ng ambulansya ng Red Cross naka plastada ang mukha mo,” Duterte claimed in his taped public address.

“Ako, hindi naman sa pang ano Mr. Gordon, you can ask anybody in Davao kung meron ako niyan, may tao magsabi na meron ako nyan, mag resign ako sa pagka presidente bukas. Yan ang delicadeza,” he added.

Duterte has repeatedly criticized Gordon, the chairperson of the Senate Blue Ribbon Committee, for investigating the alleged overpricing of medical supplies for the Covid-19 response in 2020.

Earlier, the President questioned Gordon’s dual duty as a senator and as PRC chairman.
