Philippines still has high percentages of people who are hesitant about getting Covid-19 jab, Malacañang said Tuesday.
“Ang pinagbabatayan natin ang mga survey and we have to admit na malaki pa ring porsyento ng nagkakaroon ng hesitancy,” Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said in a televised briefing.
Roque said individuals who refuse to get inoculated raise issues of vaccine safety and efficacy.
WHO (World Health Organization),” he added.
Roque expressed hope that the Philippines will soon achieve 80 percent of its total population fully vaccinated against Covid-19 to allow more Filipinos to pursue their livelihood.
