No ‘calling’ yet: Persida Acosta rules out 2022 run for public office

Public Attorneys Office (PAO) Chief Persida Acosta said on Friday (Oct. 8) she has no plans at the moment to run for public office.

“Hindi ko po nararamdaman na diyan po ang calling ko sa panahong ito,” she stated in her latest Facebook post.

“Ewan ko po pag wala na ako sa PAO hindi ko po alam,” Acosta hinted.

At the moment, she pointed out “sa ngayon ay wala sa damdamin ko ang pumasok sa politka.”

Those who intend to run for elective posts were given by the Commission on Elections (Comelec) to file their certificates of candidacy (COC) this Friday (Oct. 8).
