What does Harry Roque like most about his job?

Being a presidential spokesperson, Atty. Harry Roque said he enjoys telling the people the truth on matters that involve their everyday life.

“Para sa akin, importante na pinaninindigan ko pa rin ang FOI (Freedom of Information) sa pang araw-araw na buhay ko bilang spokesperson,” Roque said in his recent YouTube channel.

Executive Order No. 02, which President Rodrigo Duterte signed in June 2016, aims to promote an open government by increasing the transparency of the executive branch and its agencies. It also allows the public to access information about government transactions and operations.

When asked about the biggest learning experience in his life, Roque cited the struggles in politics.

“Hay naku, mahirap ang pulitika. Hindi po talaga alam kung sino ang kakampi mo. Hindi mo alam kung sino ang kaaway mo.” according to him.

“Kinakailangan talaga focus ka (sa) kung ano ang dapat mong ma achieve and ignore the many obstacles,” he added.
