Manila Times columnist Ramon Tulfo has a “dick” wish for President Rodrigo Duterte’s 76th birthday.
In a tweet posted Sunday (March 28), Tulfo said he only has a “trite” greeting for Duterte since the President is already successful.
“How do you greet on his birthday a friend who has nothing more to wish for because he has reached the peak of success? Anyway, as trite as this greeting may sound, Happy Birthday, President Digong! May your dick always rise to the occasion. That’s my birthday wish for you,” he said.
Tulfo is one of Duterte’s close friends, with their bond going back to the President’s days as mayor of Davao City.
Duterte is celebrating his birthday in Davao but will fly to Manila on Monday (March 29), Malacanang said.
