Chief Justice Alexander Gesmundo has picked six Supreme Court (SC) justices who will comprise the Senate Electoral Tribunal (SET) and the House of Representatives Electoral Tribunal (HRET) as regular members.
In a special order dated April 12, Gesmundo named Justice Estela Perlas-Bernabe as the chairperson of the SET.
While, the chief magistrate assigned Justice Marvic Leonen as the chairperson of the HRET.
Joining Bernabe at the SET as members are Justices Alfredo Benjamin Caguioa and Ramon Paul Hernando.
The other SC magistrates comprising the HRET are Justices Rosmari Carandang and Amy Lazaro-Javier.
