The task force investigating corruption at the Philippine Health Insurance Coporation (PhilHealth) is set to hold another hearing this Tuesday (Sept. 1), Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra said on Saturday (Aug. 29).
Guevarra disclosed that those who will be attending the hearing includes “two board members and the head of the internal legal office.”
“We have had several hearings and have called at least 10 resource persons, but it may be premature to make conclusions at this time,” he said.
“We have to analyze and integrate the pieces of evidence so far gathered,” he added.
Among those invited as resource persons included PhilHealth senior vice presidents Jovita Aragona and Israel Pargas, and former senior vice president Rodolfo del Rosario Jr.
