Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) Director General Gerald Bantag has welcomed six new corrections inspectors at the agency.
“The nation expects you to lead by example and to unceasingly strive for excellence in fulfilling your mission here in the Bureau,” he told the new officers in a statement.
The new BuCor officers took their oaths last April 22 before Corrections Technical Chief Superintendent John Paul O. Santos, acting director of the Directorate for Administration.
They are Corrections Inspectors Rushting Maming, Leopoldo Baniqued, Romel Asia, Joevi Valenzuela, Regino Devaras and Argie Adel.
“They all passed the rigorous stringent selection process by the Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board,” the BuCor said.
